We have been using Ai's Logistics software for over a year. As a multi-event independent show organizer, we were looking for a solution that would allow us to create standard setups that could easily be managed for different locations, as well as a one-stop solution for an activity schedule. Ai's program allows for that, with the added benefit of meeting room management, and contractor management. Various members of the team can go online and add specifications. It no longer rests on one person to complete the task. We can access it from anywhere, allowing us to work on future business while at other events. All of this has resulted in a great deal of time saving. Their customer service and technical support have been stellar - we've never felt left out in the dark.
