Changes while planning an event happens on a daily basis.  Keep track of all of your changes within the event details report.  Never lose a request again.

Ai's reporting capabilities will provide our planners with all of their requested reports and much more.  Planners can use our own built in reports as well as create their own Ad-hoc reports.  All reports are generated and saved under their own "My reports" tab.

Our FUNCTION BOOK report is our most FREQUENTLY USED. Event planners love the detailed function information which can be used for printing and planning purposes.  The book can be printed listing all supplies as well as by day, and by room to room.  Saved as a PDF it can be printed or shared electronically easily with their vendors.
